1. Log in your blogger account.
2. Select the tab menu Template> Edit HTML> put your cursor on the area of the HTML code.
3. Find the code below (press Ctrl + F to search).
4. Place the following code above the code

5. Then save the template.

Well, you need to consider in putting up an auto refresh on the blog page is setting the time because if too fast then the search engines, especially Google will regard it as an act of manipulation of traffic, as well as the convenience of visitors to the blog. Try setting the timing is not too fast and excessive.
